At Instant Pot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary journey. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your appliance in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start your request and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your Instant Pot appliance and all included accessories in the original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
